At Whitesburg First Baptist Church, we believe caring for our community means meeting needs in practical ways.
Through our Backpack Ministry, we partner with West Whitesburg Elementary, Whitesburg Middle School, and Cowan Elementary to provide food for children to take home each weekend.
The Need Is Growing
Our church has faithfully provided weekend food for more than 50 children each week.
This school year, we have been asked to provide 50 additional bags.
That means more than 100 children will receive food each weekend!
We are thankful for the opportunity to serve even more children—but we need your help to make it possible.
