Bro. Jensen came to First Baptist in January of 2024. He has served in ministry since 2012 at four churches in Kentucky and North Carolina, as well as served as an addiction counselor in a correctional facility in Indiana. He has served in many different ministry capacities, including Youth, Children's, Music, and Counseling. He grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from California Baptist University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Education in Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a focus on Leadership. Jensen and his wife, Chelsea, have six children; he has five boys and one girl. Jensen desires to see the sheep discipled and the lost saved. His heart is to see the kingdom of God grow and the church of God strengthened.
